Villa is in the Wireless Business Group as a Numonyx Fellow and director of Advanced Architecture. He has been with ST for 19 years. He holds more than 30 patents and has led the design of several EPROMs and NOR flash products, introducing innovative solutions for cost and reliability improvement. Villa is married with one child and enjoys windsurfing and outdoor activities.
