Flavia Redaelli

Quality and Reliability

Flavia Redaelli is general manager of quality and reliability (Q&R) for Numonyx Corporation. She is responsible for quality, reliability, and validation for all memory products including emerging phase-change management technology.

Redaelli brings her expertise from ST Microelectronics where she was director of quality and environment for the Flash Memory Group. She was responsible for quality from R&D through production for all product lines. In previous roles within ST, Redaelli managed NAND and NOR quality assurance within the corporation and in joint efforts with major customers. Prior to joining ST, Redaelli developed characterization and benchmarking, and validated photovoltaic plants for the European Joint Research Center.

Redaelli holds a degree in Physics from the University of Milan, Italy.
