Greg Atwood
Senior Fellow

Atwood is a Senior Fellow in the Research and Development Group and co-director of the California Technology Center (CTC). He has worked at Intel since 1979 in various technology and product development roles with a focus on Flash Memory since 1984, including the first NOR MLC, and Phase Change Memory since 2002. Atwood was appointed Intel Fellow in 1996 and holds more than 35 patents. He is married and enjoys hiking and woodworking.
