Kevin Fillo
Vice President and General Counsel

Fillo joined Numonyx as Vice President and General Counsel. He was previously director of legal affairs for Intel's Flash Memory Group (FMG). He's been an attorney for 17 years, seven of which have been in the semiconductor industry as senior in-house counsel. Prior to his work with FMG, Fillo held the position of group counsel for Intel's Wireless Networking Group, and worked for Xircom, Inc. as general counsel before joining Intel. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Fillo also served in the U.S. Marine Corp for five years. Fillo is involved in his local community, serving on non-profit boards, and enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, astronomy, and travel.
