Roberto Bez

Roberto is part of the Research and Development Group as a Numonyx Fellow, leading the phase change memory technology development. Roberto joined ST in 1987 with a degree in Physics from the University of Milan. He has worked in various non-volatile memory technology development roles in his 20 years at ST with a focus on NOR and NAND Flash and Phase Change Memory. He holds more than 25 patents and has been published in more than 100 publications. Roberto is married and enjoys mountain climbing, skiing, and travel.
