The Automotive-certified Axcell™ M29F family of flash memories is specifically developed for Automotive applications, with x16 data bus width.
Optimized for Automotive power train applications, as well industrial applications with automotive grade, the Axcell™ M29F family is designed to interface with 5V microcontrollers operating in the full automotive temperature range from -40 to +125ºC (grade 3) and in automotive range from -40 to +85ºC (grade 6). Industrial applications are supported with Automotive grade 6. The M29F family, offered in 110nm stable process technology, provides longstanding and reliable supply.
