The M58BW family of flash memories has been specifically developed for critical Automotive applications with x32 data bus width and fast burst read mode.
Optimized for engine control units, transmission control units, telematics and other automotive applications, the M58BW family is designed to interface with 2.5V low-voltage microcontrollers operating in the full automotive temperature range from -40 to +125ºC. The device features 4, 8 or continuous long word synchronous burst mode reads. The M58BW family enables higher performance and lower component count.

- Compatibility between the two densities (16Mb and 32Mb versions); same pin-out and packages, same functionality with added features and speed improvements
