Numonyx NAND Flash MLC large page family is available in densities starting from 4 Gbit and over, with supply voltage of 3 V. Page size is 2 Kbytes (2048 + 64 spare).

One of the most important requirements of applications storing and handling large quantities of data is a very high data throughput. Numonyx NAND Flash memory products combine this essential element with fast write time and low power consumption.

Special features provide increased system performance and innovation to applications using NAND Flash large page devices:

  • Multiplane program/erase operations, to improve program/erase throughput
  • Chip enable don't care, for easy code download by MCUs
  • Security identifier and serial number OTP area
  • Hardware data protection pin 

All devices are footprint-independent, with modular interface for easy density upgrade and are available in a wide range of packages including TSOP and LGA .
