The Numonyx NAND Flash MLC very large page family is designed for consumer applications requiring cost-effective, high density, and non-volatile storage. The devices are available in 16 Gbit to 64 Gbit densities, with a 3 V supply voltage, x8 bus width, and a 4 Kbytes (4096 + 128 spare) page size.
