Numonyx NAND Flash SLC large page family is available in densities starting from 1 Gb and over, with supply voltage of 1.8 V or 3 V. Page size is available in either 2 Kbytes (2048 + 64 spare) or 1 Kword (1024 + 32 spare), depending on the bus width of the device (x 8 or x 16).
