SLC small page



Numonyx NAND Flash SLC small page family is available in densities ranging from 128 Mbit up to 1 Gbit, with supply voltage of 1.8 V or 3 V. Page size is available in either 512 bytes (512 + 16 spare) or 256 words (256 + 8 spare), according to the bus width of the device (x 8 or x 16).

One of the most important requirements of applications storing and handling large quantities of data is a very high data throughput. Numonyx NAND Flash memory products combine this essential element with fast write time and low power consumption.
In addition, these special features bring increased system performance and innovation to any given application:

  • Copy back program mode, to optimize management of defective blocks
  • Chip enable don't care, for easy code download by MCUs
  • Boot from NAND at power-on, to download boot sectors to RAM space
  • Security identifier and serial number OTP area
  • Hardware data protection pin

All devices are footprint-independent, with modular interface for easy density upgrade and are available in a wide range of packages including TSOP and VFBGA .
