Numonyx™ StrataFlash® Embedded Memory (P30/P33) is a high performance, high density NOR flash memory solution for embedded applications. P30/P33 utilizes proven fourth-generation StrataFlash® technology, and will soon transition to sixth-generation StrataFlash® technology on 65nm. P30/P33 meets the diverse requirements of embedded market segments such as consumer electronics, wired communications and industrial applications with a single chip code and data solution.
