The Numonyx® Axcell™ P30/33 family is a high-performance, high-density NOR flash memory product family for embedded applications, now being introduced on 65nm lithography. The Axcell™ P30/P33 family features the easy-to-implement Intel-based command set, fast code execution with burst read mode and a range of comprehensive security options. It is available in both 3V and 1.8V voltage options and a broad range of package types.
