Optimized for engine control units, telematics and other automotive applications, the M58BW family is designed to interface with 2.5V low voltage microcontrollers operating in the full automotive temperature range from -40 to 125ºC. The device features 4, 8 or continuous long word synchronous burst mode reads. The M58BW family(016F, 016D, 16F, 32F) enable higher performance and lower component count.
